Requirements: - Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. - Several years of professional experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. - Strong knowledge in both CRM and ideally ERP areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and their representation in CRM and ERP systems. - Experience in solution architecture and handling integration scenarios, Dataverse, and connected systems. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and communicate them clearly. - Confident in engaging with management and IT at all levels. - Proficient in German and good command of English.
