Listings and paid features

Prism Jobs may offer optional paid features (including premium/featured listing visibility). Paid placement does not guarantee any particular performance, traffic, leads, or hiring outcomes.

Revocation and removal rights

Premium or featured status may be revoked, removed, suspended, or denied at any time, for any reason, in Prism Jobs' sole and absolute discretion, including for moderation, compliance, risk, quality, or operational reasons.

No-refund policy

All purchases of premium/featured listing features are final. No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be provided under any circumstances, including where premium/featured status is revoked, suspended, denied, or removed.

Disclaimers and liability limits

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Prism Jobs disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on this page. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
