Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Power Systems engineering; Master’s preferred. - 8+ years of experience in power system design for mission-critical environments. - 3+ years of experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or photovoltaic (PV) projects preferred. - Strong expertise in high-reliability substations, MV/LV distribution, and protection/control systems. - Proficiency with power system analysis tools and deep understanding of electrical codes and standards. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 25%.
